Pricing $195.00 for the creation of an 8 1/2" X 14" WEB page containing 4 photos. A $120.00/year server maintenance, minor page updating and online connection fee. A 50% deposit is paid to SUN PROPERTIES to begin work, and the balance due upon placement on the WEB. 10% Commission Fee paid to SUN PROPERTIES for booking your property.
