Company Name: Came from enjoying the sun and the beach. I was always wanting to stretch out Spring and Summer.

Resume: Renovated apartments, built houses as a teen, and rebuilt Villas on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands after Hurricane Hugo.  Designed and co-engineered 2 Hanger/Villas one with conventional flooring and the other with a post-tension concrete ceiling/floor system meeting Dade County wind/hurricane codes and National Fire Codes (min 2 Hr rating). Worked in an electrical supply house and as an electrician.

Business inspired by:  Cape Cod summers as a youngster in West Dennis with Family. We would rent a cottage and walk to the beach. I always dreamed of that beach home on the water. First time in Cancun, arriving at night and then waking up and walking out of a guest room of a Villa seeing that Caribbean blue water and beach, I was convinced as to where to place my efforts.

Purpose: To bring more of us to that "Home Away From Home" that we always dreamed of. We are only interested in bringing you rentals, we are not involved in sales.  We are also involved in Renewable Energy Efforts.

Philosophy: We respect and support owners; the capital risk takers. We are not involved in sales of property so our  interests are to help your rentals win.
